Free shipping for orders over $150

Standard order processing time is 1-2 business days. Shipping takes 3-5 business days. 

Express shipping:
When you select express shipping you will receive you package between 1-3 business days.

During holiday seasons please make sure to order your items on time or Checkout with express shipping. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Return Policy:

We hope you enjoy your product. We are glad to accept any returns of unworn, undamaged items in the original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Kindly allow 7-12 days for refund processing. We do not offer exchanges.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must be processed through our return portal. Please use this link to initiate your return. 

A restocking fee of $2.00 per item applies for returned merchandise.

We are only able to accept items that are purchased directly through bana-kids.com Products purchased from other retailers must be returned via that retailer.

Sale and clearance items are final sale, and cannot be returned.
